Sharpervision Consultants (SVC), LLC, has been in the making for almost ten years. Starting as a training company for non-profit organizations, it provided consultation and training in Board Development, Strategic Planning, Program Evaluation, and other areas relative to the development stage of each organization. SVC’s expansion is the result of understanding the power and impact of relationships on the quality of our work environments and in our personal lives. The ability to effectively relate to others, form meaningful relationships and cooperate in work teams is essential for success. SVC facilitates opportunities for our clients to improve skills for healthy relationships in a variety of contexts, covering a host of topics and utilizes the knowledge and skills of accomplished professionals to effectively improve personal and professional relationships.
This business focus reveals the completion of a full professional circle for the founder, Lisa Paisley-Cleveland who started her career helping individuals remove obstacles that stood in the way of their success. The road since traveled by Lisa includes a tremendous accumulation of expertise and knowledge gained through a dynamic array of professional concentrations in Higher Education, Mental Health, Corporate and Human Service sectors.
Both Lisa and her husband Carles Cleveland, principal; along with a dynamic cadre of professionals, bring more than sixty-five years of combined specialized knowledge and skills to SVC. Carles is uniquely qualified to lend his expertise to SVC as the owner and developer of two successful businesses and a seasoned member of management at one of the top Fortune 500 companies.
SVC offers: online and offline counseling, private consultations, specialized training and skill development for professionals with a focus on interpersonal issues, and the ability to expand venues for business and personal events through an array of travel opportunities.
